That being said the same Realtors who had always been trained to represent sellers were now represeting buyers, but there was no madatory training on doing it properly. Thus the reason I took the training to make sure I had all the tools and knowledge to represent buyers best interests legally and properly.

I lived in Toronto for 11 years moving there originally to be a "rockstar" Well that didn't quite pan out, (yet), but I spent years playing around the Toronto music scene touring every small town you can imagine in Ontario. I still play and perform with various acts, and have played on a a couple bands cd's since moving back to Windsor.
