Windsor Real Estate Market Stats for March
March saw a drop in all areas of the market. From the number of listings put on the market, to the number of listings sold. It's actually a bit of a positive since our listings are down for the year so far 7% where as our sales are only down 3%. I believe al lot of the declines had to do with the weather nd wouldn't be surprised if everything picks up now that spring seems to actually have arrived in Windsor Essex County.
