Windsor Real Estate Stats for June 2009
Total listings for the month of June were 1062 that's a 12% decrease over June of last year. Sales were 542 for the month which is a 8% increase over June of last year. This has been the first positive month in over a year. The 20% spread between listings comeing to market and properties sold is a good sign for sellers meaning there are fewer houses on the market for buyers. The average price also went up just over $2000. With interest rates inching up a bit and the market starting to pick up if you're looking for the bottom of the market to buy you may be a month late.
